How to test
Four steps
- 1Choose one route
It is best to take a task you have faced yourself or understand well.
- 2Answer as you would in real life
Do not enter a name, address, document numbers or medical information; NOSTRES does not ask for them.
- 3Get to the next action
Check whether the conditions, documents, deadline, method of action and the needed link are clear. In flat search, check the path to the listing or to the social housing application.
- 4Come back and rate the route
At the end of the route there is a short form: clarity, next step, the move to action and the reason for any difficulty.
